Προτάσεις για ενέργειες μετά από αύξηση PSA σε 70χρονο με φυσιολογικό υπέρηχο?

Ο σύζυγος 70 ετών με PSA από 1,2-1,30 τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια. Η τελευταία εξέταση PSA έδειξε 2,26 (με επανάληψη μέτρησης) ενώ στην προηγούμενη πριν 5 μήνες το PSA ήταν 1,27. Γενική ούρων φυσιολογική, πυοσφαίρια 0-3 όπως και τα ερυθρά 0-3. Σε υπέρηχο κάτω κοιλίας ο προστάτης έχει σαφές περίγραμμα με παρεγχυματικές αποτιτανώσεις και διαστάσεις 44x46x50 χιλ. που αντιστοιχούν σε V~52,62cc και χωρίς διόγκωση των σπερματοδόχων κύστεων. Τι προτείνετε για περαιτέρω ενέργειες?
