Προστατεκτομή και αδενοκαρκίνωμα προστάτου Gleason 4+3 pT3a - επικινδυνότητα pTNM 8th?

Καλημέρα. Πριν 14 μήνες έκανα προστατεκτομη και το αποτέλεσμα της ιστολογικης είναι: Αδενοκαρκινωμα προστάτου, αδενοκυψελιδικου τύπου Gleason skore 4+3. GRADE group 3. Παθολογοανατομοκου σταδίου pT3a (AJCC. pTNM 8 th edition) Σας παρακαλώ μπορείτε να μου εξηγήσετε το στάδιο ...αν είναι επικίνδυνο και τον ορο: pTNM 8 t h ?? Τα τελευταία psa είναι 0.07. 0.11. . 0.06. 0.16. Και 0.07. Δεν έχω κάνει περαιτέρω θεραπεία. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ! (Είμαι 60 χρονών)
