Πρόγνωση και θεραπεία μετά από ριζική προστατεκτομή Gleason 8, στάδιο pT3b N0

Καλησπέρα σας, 71 ετών, τα αποτελέσματα παθολογοανατομικής μετά από ριζική προστατεκτομή είναι Gleason 8 (3+5) με τριτεύον πρότυπο ανάπτυξης 4 σε έκταση 5% του καρκινώματος, με συμμετοχή κυττάρων τύπου "σφραγιστήρος δακτυλίου. Λεμφαδένες καθαροί. Υπάρχει εξωπροστατική επέκταση και διηθούνται τα 2 προστατικά εξαρτήματα και τα καρκινικά κύτταρα φαίνονται να εκτείνονται στο σημείο τομής. Στάδιο pT3b N0. Ποια είναι η πρόγνωση; Θα χρειαστεί επιπλέον θεραπεία;
