Πώς να προχωρήσω μετά από αύξηση PSA και PET scan ευρήματα στα 68;
Είμαι 68 ετών. Πριν 10 χρόνια έκανα ριζική προστατεκτομή. Το πάλευα με την ένεση και το τελευταίο εξάμηνο με χάπια. Το PSA όμως από 0,4 τελευταίο τρίμηνο πήγε 1,26. Έκανα PET scan και έδειξε απορρόφηση ρ/Φ στον 12ο θωρακικό και στην 7η οπίσθια πλευρά. Τι προβλέπεται από εδώ και μπρος; Την επόμενη εβδομάδα έχω ραντεβού με ογκολόγο.

θα πρεπει να δούμε το πόρισμα του PET/CT και να προγραμματιστεί και βιοψία από τις εν λόγω βλάβες ωστε να τεκμηριωθεί η νόσος
