Πώς να διαχειριστώ αντικρουόμενες βιοψίες προστάτη με υποψία καρκίνου;
εχω κανει πριν 1μιση χρονο βιοψια με psa κοντα στο 13 και ηταν καθαρη! με αντιβιωση εφτασε μεχρι το 7. Μετα απο 1μιση χρονο εκανα πολυμετρικη οπου μου ειπαν οτι φαινεται να υπαρχει κατι αλλα δεν ειναι σε καμια περιπτωση καρκινος και μετα απο ενα μηνα τισ πολυμετρικης Κανω δευτερη βιοψια στοχευμενη και βγανει σκορ 4-3 με δεικτη 7. Η διαγνωση ειναι υπαρχει καρκινος. (Αρχηκα εδω θα ηθελα μια απαντηση) Ζητησα επανεξεταση βιοψιας σε αλλο νοσοκομειο. Πηγα τους κυβουσ παραφοινης και μου εβγαλαν οτι δεν βλεπουν καρκινομα. Τι να κανω τωρα ? υπαρχει περιπτωση να αλλοιωθηκε το υλικο απο την βιοψια που ειχε γινει πριν 30 ημερες? υπαρχει περιπτωση απο τα 13 κομματια που πηραν στοχευμενα και μου εδωσαν για επανεξεταση τα 10 να υπαρχει ο καρκινοσ στα 3 και οχι στα υπολοιπα 10 ??
