Ποια η πιθανότητα αλλαγής Gleason score μετά διουρηθρική προστατεκτομή;
Είμαι 53. Έκανα διουρηθρική προστατεκτομή για ΚΥΠ προ τετραμήνου. Η βιοψία έδειξε περιορισμένη ανάπτυξη διηθητικού προστατικού αδενοκαρκινώματος αδενοκυψελιδικού τύπου. Gleason score 6(3+3) grade score 1. Οι διηθητικές εστίες έχουν μ.δ από <1 έως 4 χλ. Συνολικά εκτιμάται ότι το διηθητικό καρκίνωμα καταλαμβάνει <10% του συνολικού όγκου του υλικού. Ποια η πιθανότητα να βρεθεί άλλο score μετά το χειρουργείο και ποια είναι η καλύτερη θεραπεία?
