Ηλικία 71 ετών, PSA 7.13. Η βιοψία έδειξε από βλάβη 1,8cm στο πρόσθιο τοίχωμα αριστερά Gleason score 7 (3+4) στο 90% της έκτασης και από βλάβη 1cm από κορυφή αριστερά Gleason score 8 (4+4) στο 40% της έκτασης χωρίς συμμετοχή ηθμοειδικού προτύπου. Μαγνητική προστάτη, αξονική και σπινθηρογράφημα οστών δεν έδειξαν μεταστάσεις. Ποια είναι η πιθανότητα πλήρους ίασης χωρίς υποτροπές; Τι προτείνετε;
