Αύξηση PSA μετά από ριζική προστατεκτομή: Είναι ανησυχητικό το <0.03;
Μέρα από ριζική προστατεκτομη προ 3μιση χρόνια έκανα εξετάσεις psa στα πρώτα 2 χρόνια κάθε τρίμηνο και μετά κάθε εξάμηνο. Το psa μου ήταν στις πρώτες 10 εξετάσεις <0.01 ,την ενδεκατη προ ημερών <0.03. Αυτή η αύξηση με έχει αναστατώσει .Μπορείτε σας παρακαλώ να μου εξηγήσετε και κατά πόσο αυτή η μέτρηση δείχνει κάτι κακο;

Το PSA σας είναι πολύ χαμηλό , και σίγουρα όχι σε επίπεδα που κάποιος θα σκεφτόνταν την υποτροπή. Ενδεχομένως να είναι διαφορετικό το μηχάνημα που έκανε την ανάλυση.Ιδανικά ,καλό θα ήταν να γνωρίζει κανείς και τις λεπτομέρειες της ιστολογικής του χειρουργείου. Ένα ακόμη PSA σε 3 μήνες ( οχι νωρίτερα) , συνιστάται για να επιβεβαιωθεί οτι δεν συμβαίνει τίποτα.
