Κατάσταση μετά αφαίρεση αδενώματος προστάτη με Gleason 7 και PSA 0,54
Μετά από εγχείρηση του προστάτη, όχι ριζική προστατεκτομή, μου αφαιρέθηκε μόνο το αδένομα. Η ιστολογική διάγνωση στη βιοψία έδειξε αδενοκαρκίνωμα προστάτη αδένα συνδυασμένου ιστολογικού βαθμού κακοήθειας 7 κατά Gleason, πρωτεύοντος 3 σε ποσοστό 60% και δευτερεύοντος 4 σε ποσοστό 40% κάθετους grade group 2 με διήθηση σε ποσοστό 11 έως 20% του αποσταλέντος υλικού. Έκανα μετά εξετάσεις λευκοκυτταρικός τύπος, βιοχημικές εξετάσεις και ηλεκτρολύτες, όλες καλές και PSA το οποίο ήταν 0,54. Θα ήθελα να μου πείτε ποια είναι η κατάσταση αυτή τη στιγμή κατά την επιστημονική σας γνώση.
