Μετά από ρομποτική προστατεκτομή και ακτινοβολίες, το PSA ανεβαίνει - κινδυνεύω;
Καλησπέρα σας. Μετά από ρομποτική προστατεκτομη καρκίνος προστάτη πριν 4 χρονια ,πριν το χειρουργείο το psa ηταν8και μετά 0,01 η βιοψία έδειξε T3B NXM0 περίπου στους 22 μήνες είχα βιοχημικη υποτροπη και έκανα 14 ακτινοβολιες.Σημερα μετά τις αυινοβολιες πέρασαν 27 μήνες σρψησε να ανεβαίνει το psa 0,08 η πρώτη μέτρηση τι πιστεύετε κινδυνεύω να πεθάνω από την νόσο γιατί ξέρω ότι μόνο ορμονοθεραπεια μπορώ να κάνω.Σας παρακαλώ απαντήστε μου Gleason scor 7.4+3=7.Σας ευχαριστώ.
