Προστατεκτομή πριν 20 χρόνια, PSA αύξηση και υπολειμματικός ιστός, τι σημαίνει;
Καλημέρα σας, πριν 20 χρόνια έκανα ολική προστατεκτομή και στα πρώτα χρόνια είχα PSA 0,02 , τώρα και μετα απο 20 χρόνια παρουσιάζω το 2023 PSA 0,52 και φέτος 2024 PSA 0,61. Μετά απο υπέρηχο ευρέθη " Στην ανατομική θέση του εξαιρεθέντος αδένα ελέγχεται ιστός με διαστάσεις 2,1x2,3x2,2 εκατοστά, ο οποίος προβάλει εντός της ουροδόχου κύστης και θεωρείται συμβατός με υπολοιμματικό κολόβωμα προστάτη αδένα." Είμαι 81 ετών.

Τα PSA που αναφερετε ειναι βιοχημικη υποτροπη θα πρεπει να λαβετε συμ[ληρωματικη ορμονοθεραπεια.Προστατικος ιστος μετα απο ριζικη προστατεκτομη ειναι αδυνατον.Θα σας συνιστουσα να επισκεφτειτε ΑΜΕΣΑ ουρολογο μηπως αυτο που περιγραφεται στον υπερηχο ειναι ογκος κυστεως.
