PSA μετά από ακτινοβολίες για καρκίνο προστάτη: Είναι φυσιολογικό;
Καλήμερα σας ο μπαμπάς μου ετών 74 διαγνώστηκε με καρκινο προσταστη Psa 39,46 Βιοψία 9(4+5) Η . Αξονική άνω κάτω κοιλίας καθαρή Σπινθηρογράφημα μόνο εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις και Έκανε psama pet scan και βρέθηκε Εστίες έντονης καθήλωσης FPSMA σε αμφότερους τους λοβούς του προστάτη αδένα με πιθανή μικρή επέκταση και στην δεξιά σπερματοδόχο κύστη και σε καποιους κοντινους λεμφαδενες καθαρος ο σκελετος και οι ετερες θεσεις στο σωμα. Άρχισε ορμονοθεραπεια και μετα την δευτερη ενεση ξεκινησε ακτινοβολιες. Με το τελος των ακτινοβολιων τιμη Psa 0,27 και με το περας τριων μηνων 0,11 θα επρεπε να ειναι ακομα πιο χαμηλο ?? ειναι ενδειξη οτι οι ακτινοβολιες δεν πετυχαν ? ποιο ειναι το προσδοκιμο ζωης ?
