Γιατί το PSA μετά από προστατεκτομή και ακτινοβολίες με Gleason 3+4=7 δεν είναι πιο χαμηλό;
Καλησπέρα σας. Ετών 47. Μάρτιο του 2023 έκανα προστατεκτομή με αρχικό psa 4.10. Μετά το χειρουργείο 3 μήνες πρώτο psa 0.9 και κάθε μέτρηση μετά είχε ανοδική τάση με αποτέλεσμα μετά από 7 μήνες να φτάσει 0.25 και να κάνω 30 ακτινοβολίες. Τώρα μετά από ένα χρόνο και τρεις μήνες μετά τις ακτινοβολίες το psa είναι 0,10. Να πω πως το gleason score ήταν 3+4=7 με θετικά χειρουργικά όρια χωρίς μεταστάσεις και στάδιο pt2b. Έχω κάνει και psma δεν έδειξε κάτι. Θα ήθελα να μάθω δεν θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο χαμηλά επίπεδα το psa? Να πω ότι σε κάθε μέτρηση έχω πτωτική τάση.
