Γιατί το PSA δεν πέφτει μετά από ραδιενργεία για καρκίνο προστάτη;
Φεβρουαρίου τού 2024 διαγνωστικά με καρκίνο του προστάτη. 46ετων. Έκανα ριζική προστατεκτομή. Μετά από 6 μήνες είχα βιοχημική υποτροπή και άρχισα τις ακτινοβολίες. 30 στον αριθμό. Μπορεί να μου πει κάποιος γιατί ήρθε τόσο νωρίς ή υποτροπή. Κατά τη γνώμη μου κάτι δεν έγινε σωστά στο χειρουργείο. Τό χειρουργείο ήταν ρομποτικά.Το παθολοανατομικο στάδιο είναι bΤ2. Το cleson score 3+4.Στο μήνα μετά τίς ακτινοβολίες έκανα το psa και είναι 2.5. όσο ήταν αρχικά πριν τις ακτινοβολίες. Γιατί δεν έχει πέσει καθόλου. Χρειάζεται χρόνος περισσότερο για νά δράσουν όι ακτινοβολίες?
