Γειά σας διαγνώστηκα πριν κάτι μήνες με κακοήθεια προστάτη κατά τη διάγνωση η πολύπαραμετρική μαγνητική εδειξε σχεδόν σε όλα τα οστά της πυέλου ύποπτες εστίες που μπορεί να ήταν δευτεροπαθείς εντοπίσεις, όταν όμως έκανα το psma pet scan αποδείχθηκε ότι μόνο εστία υπάρχει εκεί στο λαγονιο συγκεκριμένα. Τι έγινε; Τα άλλα ήταν μάλλον εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις; Αν ήταν και οι άλλες εστίες καρκινικές δεν θα το έδειχνε το psma pet scan;
