Πιθανότητα εντερικής μεταπλασίας να εξελιχθεί σε καρκίνο και παράγοντες
Συγγνώμη ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω μπορείτε να μου πείτε πάνω κάτω τι πιθανότητα η εντερική μεταπλασία να γίνει καρκίνος; αλλού διαβάζω 1 στις 40 περιπτώσεις στα 20 χρόνια και αλλού 10 τοις εκατό στην δεκαετία. Επίσης πιο σημαντική είναι η έκταση ή ο τύπος της;

Εξαρτάται και από τον τύπο και από την έκταση και από την αιτιολογία και από την ηλικία του ασθενούς και από πολλούς άλλους παράγοντες.
Με άλλα λόγια δεν μπορούν όλα να μπουν στον ίδιο κουβά εξ' ου και τα διάφορα στατιστικά που διαβάζετε.

Ο γαστρεντερολόγος σας, αφού διαβάσει την έκθεση του παθολογοανατόμου (ανάλυση βιοψιών) και την ΒΑΘΜΟΛΟΓΗΣΗ της μετάπλασής σας από τον δεύτερο (εφόσον οι βιοψίες ελήφθησαν σύμφωνα με τις διεθνείς οδηγίες για σωστή ταξινόμηση/βαθμολόγηση) θα σας πει πόσο πιθανό είνια και πόσο συχνά θ απρέπει να παρακολουθείσθε, σύμφωνα ΠΑΝΤΑ με τις διεθνείς οδηγίες.
