Καρκίνος όρχεων: αιμοσφαιρίνη στα ούρα και πιθανότητα ουρολογικού καρκίνου?

Καλημέρα!! Είμαι καρκινοπαθής στον όρχι και είμαι ελεύθερος νόσου Έχω αιμοσφαιρίνη 1+ στα ούρα!! Οι pet CT ήταν καθαρές αλλά διαγνώστηκα με σταφυλόκοκκο σε καλλιέργεια ούρων. Υπάρχει περίπτωση πέρα της λοίμωξης που έχω να υποκρύπτεται καρκίνος ουροποιητικού σε αρχικό στάδιο και να μην το βλέπουν οι αξονικές?? Οι δείκτες που κάνω afp ldh και χοριακή γοναδοτροπίνη είναι καλές
