Θηλωμα στην ουροδόχο κύστη 1cm: Είναι καρκίνος αν η βιοψία δεν δείχνει;
Καλησπέρα.Η σύζυγος μου αφαίρεσε ένα θηλωμα στην ουροδόχο κύστη περίπου 1cm και η βιοψία είπε ότι δεν μπορεί να δείξει αν είναι κακοήθεια η όχι λόγω του μικρού μεγέθους.Θεωρειται καρκίνος? Ευχαριστώ

Δεν ειναι δύνανται να μην δείξει η βιοψία τι ήταν ακριβώς. Θα πρέπει να επαναλάβετε τη διουρηθρικη εκτομή για επιβεβαίωση .

Δεν ειναι πολύ μικρο το μεγεθος.Καλο θα ηταν να παιρνατε 2η γνώμη για τη βιοψία

Μάλλον δεν καταλάβατε αυτά που σας εξήγησαν .Τα θηλώματα είναι βλάβες της ουροδόχου κύστεως που ανάλογα το μέγεθος και κυρία το βάθος στο τοίχωμα της κύστης που εκτεινοται ,κατατασεται το καθένα με το βαθμό κακοήθειας του .
