Είναι σοβαρό το αγγειομυόλιπωμα στον αριστερό νεφρό υπερηχογραφήματος;
Καλημέρα!! Αποτέλεσμα υπερήχου άνω και κάτω κοιλίας.Αναγνωριζεται υπερηχογενης σχηματισμός στη μεσότητα του αριστερού νεφρού που αποδίδεται καταρχήν σε αγγειομυολιπωμα.Ειναι κάτι σοβαρό; Χρειάζεται παρακολούθηση από νεφρολόγο ή μπορώ να απευθυνθώ και σε ουρολόγο; Είμαι 49 ετών ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων.

Πρέπει να γίνει καταρχήν επιβεβαίωση με μαγνητική ή αξονική τομογραφία. Αγγειομυολιπώματα ανευρισκονται σε τυχαίο έλεγχο και στην πλειονότητα των περιπτώσεων δεν προκαλούν σοβαρά προβλήμτα. Θα πρέπει να σας δει όμως νεφρολόγος ή ουρολόγος

Καλησπέρα σας,αρχικά να σας ενημερώσω ότι τα αγγεομυολιπωματα είναι καλοήθη όγκοι όμως καλό θα ήταν να κάνετε μια Μαγνητική τομογραφία,επίσης δεν γνωρίζω αν έχετε συμπτώματα του τύπου :αίμα στα ούρα,πόνο στην κοιλιακή
χώρα,Υπέρταση;
Μπορείτε να απευθυνθείτε σε Νεφρολόγο ή Ουρολόγο.
