έντονος πόνος στη μέση πριν την περίοδο: αιτίες και ανακούφιση

καλησπέρα, περιμένω περίοδο σε 5 ημέρες περίπου και ενώ έχω αντιμετωπίσει και άλλες φορές πόνο στη μέση αυτή τη φορά ο πόνος ήταν τόσο δυνατός που δεν μπορούσα να περπατήσω. Δεν μπορώ να σταθώ σε όρθια θέση, ο πόνος χτυπάει στους γλουτούς και στο αριστερό μου πόδι και καταφερα να ανακουφιστω ελάχιστα μετά από 2 ώρες με θερμοφορα και σε ξαπλωμένη στάση. Έχω δυσμηνόρροια αλλά έχει αρχίσει να με ανησυχεί το ότι ακόμα και πριν την περίοδο οι πόνοι με κάνουν να μην μπορώ να κάνω τα βασικά στην καθημερινότητα μου. Άλλες γυναίκες που αντιμετωπίζουν συμπτώματα και έντονους πόνους λόγω δυσμηνόρροιας έχουν συναντήσει τέτοιο πόνο στη μέση ; Θα μπορούσε να αποδοθεί στην περίοδο ;
