Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 48 ετών και έχω ένα ινομύωμα 6,6εκ.που δε δίνει συμπτώματα. Μεγαλώνει περίπου 1εκ. το χρόνο. Χρειάζεται αφαίρεση?
