Λόγος υπερβολικής ροής περιόδου και διάρκειας 10 ημερών στα 48 λόγω ινομυώματος?
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 48 ετών και έχω ένα μικρό ινονυωμα Όταν έχω περίοδο κρατάει 10 μερες ,τις 3 πρώτες υπερβολική ροη και σιγά σιγά πιο λιγο μέχρι την 10 ημέρα που εχω καφέ υγρά Είναι λόγος το ινονυωμα? Μπορώ να βάλω σπυραλ να μειωθούν λιγο οι μέρες αιμορραγίας?

Ένα μικρό ινομύωμα είναι σχετικά σπάνιο να προκαλέι διαταραχές περιόδου. λόγω της ηλικίας, καλό θα ήταν να γίνει πρώτα μία βιοψία του ενδομητρίου, Ιδανικά με υστεροσκόπηση αλλιώς με απλή απόξεση.Εάν είναι αρνητική ,το σπιράλ προγεστερόνης αποτελεί μία εξαιρετική επιλογή.

Καλησπέρα σας. Εάν το ινομυωμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο ενδομήτριο ακόμα κ αν είναι μικρό θα μπορούσε να είναι η αιτία των αιμορραγιων. Εάν έχουν αποκλειστεί άλλοι λόγοι που μπορεί να προκαλούν την αιμορραγία σας τότε ναι το σπιράλ mirena θα μπορούσε ισως να βοηθήσει.
