Είναι αλήθεια ότι τα ινομυώματα 4εκ προκαλούν αποβολές; Τι να κάνω;
Καλησπέρα! Έχω ένα ινομυωμα 4εκ και είμαι 35 ετών. Δεν έχω παιδακια.Επισκέφτηκα 2 γυναικολόγους γιατί ήθελα να έχω παραπάνω γνώμες. Η μία γιατρός μου λέει δεν χρειάζεται να το βγάλεις μπορείς να μείνεις έγκυος με 4 εκ και να γεννήσεις κανονικά. Η άλλη μου προτείνει να το βγάλω λαπαροσκοπικά και αφού περάσουν 9-10 μήνες τότε να μείνω έγκυος γιατί ινομυωματα προκαλούν αποβολές. Είναι αλήθεια? Τι να κάνω ?

Εξαρτάται από την ακριβή θέση του ινομυώματος και το αν προκαλεί συμπτώματα. Γενικά αποφεύγουμε να τα αφαιρούμε εκτός αν είναι απολύτως απαραίτητο. Και εγώ έχω ασθενείς που έχουν γεννήσει και μάλιστα φυσιολογικά με ινομυωμα 4 εκ.

Καλησπέρα σας. Για να σας απαντήσει κάποιος θα πρέπει να δει που ακριβώς βρίσκεται το ινομυωμα που έχετε. Οι διαστάσεις δεν έχουν σημασία αφού μπορεί να έχετε ένα πολύ μεγαλύτερο ινομυωμα κ να μην προκαλει υπογονιμότητα ή να έχετε ένα ινομυωμα 1 εκατοστού που μπορεί να εμποδίζει τη σύλληψη επειδή βρίσκεται στη λάθος θέση. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
