Πρέπει να αφαιρέσω τα ινομυώματα 5,5εκ, 5,1εκ, 4,6εκ και 2,4εκ στα 44 μου;
Γειά σας! Είμαι 44 χρόνον με κανονικό κύκλο έχω όμως 4 ινομυωματα - 5,5εκ 5,1εκ 4,6εκ και 2,4εκ. Έχω κάνει ορμονικές εξετάσεις και είμαι ακόμα μακριά από εμμηνόπαυση. Θα έπρεπε να αφαιρεθούν τα ινομυωματα αυτά;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εάν έχετε οποιοδήποτε σύμπτωμα που οφείλεται στα ινομυωματα όπως ανώμαλες αιμορραγιες ή πόνο ή αίσθημα βάρους τότε θα πρέπει να τα αφαιρέσετε. Επίσης εάν έχουν μεγαλώσει πολύ γρήγορα θα ήταν επίσης μια σημαντική ένδειξη για αφαίρεση. Μην φοβάστε τόσο το χειρουργείο αφού λογικά θα μπορούσε να γίνει και λαπαροσκοπικα που προσφέρει πιο γρήγορο χρόνο ανάρρωση και λιγότερο πόνο. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο. Καλή συνέχεια.
