Είναι φυσιολογική η αύξηση ινομυώματος στην εγκυμοσύνη;
Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 30 ετών και έγκυος στις 16 εβδομάδες σχεδόν. Στα 20 μου αφαίρεσα ένα ινομύωμα λαπαροσκοπικά. Πριν μείνω έγκυος είχα ένα ινομύωμα σαν καπελάκι στη μήτρα περίπου 1,5 εκ. Μέχρι τον τρίτο μήνα ήταν περίπου 2,5 εκ. Στον υπέρηχο των 15 εβδομάδων είναι 5 εκ πλέον. Θέλω να ρωτήσω αν είναι φυσιολογική αυτή η αύξηση και αν λόγω του ιστορικού μου (λαπαροσκοπική αφαίρεση ινομυώματος) πρέπει να γεννήσω με καισαρική για να μην υπάρξει κάποιο θέμα.

Στην εγκυμοσύνη τα ινομυώματα συνήθως μεγαλώνουν λόγω των ορμονών, χωρίς να υπάρχει κάποιο συγκεκριμένο όριο αύξησης. Για το αν θα μπορέσετε να γεννήσετε φυσιολογικά, χρειάζεται να γίνει μια συνολική εκτίμηση αλλά κ λεπτομέρειες του χειρουργείου που κάνατε. Ο γιατρός που σας παρακολουθεί θα μπορέσει να το κρίνει καλύτερα, ώστε να έχετε την ασφαλέστερη επιλογή. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
