Εγκυμοσύνη μετά αφαίρεση ινομυώματος στα 45: Δεύτερο ενδοτοιχωματικό;
Καλησπέρα σας, κ ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για τις συμβουλές σας. Είμαι άτεκνη 45 ετών, φέτος τυποβληθηκα σε χειρουργείο αφαίρεσης υποβλενογονιου ινομυωματος ...στους 4 μήνες εξέτασης ... Είδαμε στον υπέρηχο κι άλλο μεγάλο ινομυωμα 4 εκατοστών.... Γίνεται να βγάλω κι άλλο ινομυωμα, έχοντας μόλις αφαίρεσει ένα πριν λίγο καιρό; Μπορώ να μείνω έγκυος τελικά ή όχι έχοντας αυτο τωρα.. Γίνεται κ άλλο χειρουργείο;.... Δεν το αντέχω :-(

Αρχικά πρέπει να μπείτε στην διαδικασία εξωσωματικής. Επηρεάζει το ινομυωμα μόνο αν είναι υποβλεννογονιο αλλιώς δεν χρειάζεται να το βγάλετε.

Καλησπέρα. Το αν το νέο ινομύωμα επηρεάζει την πιθανότητα εγκυμοσύνης εξαρτάται από τη θέση του. Ένας γυναικολόγος μπορεί να εκτιμήσει αν χρειάζεται αφαίρεση ή αν μπορεί να παραμείνει, ανάλογα με το πώς επηρεάζει τη μήτρα. Λυπάμαι αλλά δεν μπορώ να γίνω πιο συγκεκριμένος χωρίς να σας έχω εξετάσει ο ίδιος.
