Απόκλιση σε αξονική και MRI για αλλοίωση μήτρας - Πιθανές αιτίες;
Αρχές Ιουλίου έκανα αξονικό τομογράφο με σκιαγραφικό υγρό, ο οποίος έδειξε ευμεγέθη αλλοίωση 8,8 εκ. x 7 εκ. x 5,8 εκ, στην ελάσσονα πύελο, η οποία εξορμάται από το οπίσθιο μέρος της μήτρας. Μετά από αυτό το αποτέλεσμα, επισκέφθηκα τη γυναικολόγο μου, η οποία δεν εντόπισε την τόσο μεγάλη αλλοίωση σε εκατοστά, παρά μόνο ένα ινομύωμα 2 εκ. Με προέτρεψε να κάνω ΑΜΕΣΑ MRI. Έτσι, τον επόμενο μήνα έκανα MRI. Βρέθηκε ένα ινομύωμα, 2 εκ., το οποίο έχει έντονη υποβλέννογόνια επέκταση. Το άγχος μου και η μεγάλη μου ανησυχία, είναι πώς γίνεται να υπάρχει τόση μεγάλη απόκλιση στις 2 εξετάσεις; Θέλω να πιστεύω ότι η εξέταση του αξονικού, δεν ήταν ακριβής και μέτρησε και τη μήτρα μου. Μπορείτε να με διαφωτίσετε; Θα το εκτιμούσα ιδιαίτερα!!!

Η αλλοίωση χαρακτηριζόταν ως ινομυωμα; Ως κύστη; Τι έλεγε η αξονική πως είναι; Θα έπαιρνα το cd της αξονικής και της μαγνητικής για να εξετασθούν από ακτινολόγο.
