Έχω το εξής πρόβλημα. Όταν βγαίνω έξω σε μαγαζιά με φίλους ή ακόμη και στο σουπερμαρκετ νιώθω ότι ζαλίζομαι και οτι θα λυποθυμησω αλλά πάντα προσπαθώ να το κοντρολάρω. κάποιες φορες με πιάνει και το στομάχι μου Όταν είμαι σπίτι πολύ σπάνια θα το πάθω αλλα κ να το πάθω σ 10 δευτερόλεπτα θα είμαι οκ Νομίζω οτι είναι αγχος αλλα δεν ξέρω πως να το αντιμετωπίσω
