Μούδιασμα δαχτύλων τη νύχτα σε γυναίκα 40 ετών με πίεση 135/77

Είμαι γυναίκα 40 ετών. Εδώ και μερικά βράδια ξυπνάω γιατί μουδιάζουν τα δάχτυλα στα χέρια μου, συχνότερα στο αριστερό. Μόλις ξύπνησα και μέτρησα την πίεση μου και ήταν 135 και 77. Ποια μπορεί να είναι η αιτία;
