  • Για να ειναι πολύ χαμηλοί πρέπει να είναι κάτω από 50.Πανω από 50 δεν θεωρούνται πολύ χαμηλοί. Αν έχεις 50-55 μείωσε τη δόση πάνω από 55 δεν κάνεις καμιά αλλαγή
