Πώς να διορθώσω παροξυσμική ταχυκαρδία μετά από αλλαγή μιτροειδούς βαλβίδας;

Τέλος Ιανουαρίου έκανα χειρουργείο ανοιχτής καρδιάς, αλλαγή μιτροειδούς βαλβίδας, έπαθα κολπική μαρμαρυγή και μου έβαλαν βηματοδότη μετά από 15 ημέρες. Εδώ και τρεις μήνες δεν μπορώ να περπατήσω μου κόβεται η ανάσα και με τσακίζει κρύος ιδρώτας. Μου είπαν ότι έχω (147) παροξυσμική ταχυκαρδία αυτό πως διορθώνεται?
