Κινδυνεύω από έκτακτες κοιλιακές και κολπικές συστολές με ιστορικό στέντ;
Καλησπέρα. Έβαλα Χόλτερ 48 ώρες. Αποτέλεσμα 1020 κοιλιακές και 120 κολπικές. Όλες μονόμορφες. Ζεύγη =7 τρίδυμες=3, οι υπόλοιπες μονές. Ιστορικό 1 στέντ στην περισπωμένη το 2014 προληπτική στεφανιογραφία το 2023 καθαρή. Κάθε έξι μήνες κάνω κανονικά τις εξετάσεις μου αιματολογικές ηλεκτρολύτες τρίπλεξ καρδιάς (κλάσμα εξώθησης 60) καρδιογράφημα. Είμαι 60 ετών. Φοβάμαι πολύ τις έκτακτες ειδικά όταν με πιάνουν συνεχόμενες για καμιά ώρα μετά ηρεμούν. Κινδυνεύω από τις έκτακτες;

Από τις έκτακτες αυτές καθεαυτές, μάλλον όχι με 60% κλάσμα. Περισσότερο αξιολογούνται τα ζεύγη παρά οι έκτακτες. Χρειάζεστε1) να δει κανείς από πού προέρχονται οι έκτακτες 2) μια δοκιμασία κοπώσεως, για να αξιολογηθεί η συμπεριφορά τους και 3) ενδεχόμενη τροποποίηση της φαρμακευτική αγωγής
