Holter monitor theracor

Γυναίκα 54 ετών με φτερουγίσματα: Είναι αθώες οι υπερκοιλιακές αρρυθμίες;

Γυναίκα 54 ετών με πίεση 11-6 χωρίς πρόβλημα καρδιάς (ηλεκτροκαρδιογράφημα + triplex Κ.Φ.) με ρυθμισμένο θυρεοειδή (θυρεοειδίτιδα hashimoto), δεν πίνω, δεν καπνίζω, 65 κιλά, παρουσίασα εδώ και δύο περίπου μήνες έντονα συμπτώματα φτερουγίσματος όταν ξάπλωνα. Το holter 24 ωρών σε 106.478 συνολικούς παλμούς έδειξε 6.193 υπερκοιλιακές αρρυθμίες (6%), κολπική μαρμαρυγή 0, κοιλιακές ταχυκαρδίες 0. Ο καρδιολόγος τις χαρακτήρισε αθώες αλλά πολλές. Τι σημαίνει αυτό; Πρέπει να πάρω χάπι; Μου έδωσε theracor 5 με παρακολούθηση (έχω πίεση 11-6 και μέση τιμή παλμών 74).
