Γυναίκα 40 ετών με έκτακτες συστολές, εσποζα και κρίσεις πανικού
Καλησπέρα είμαι 40, γυναίκα. Πρόσφατα ένιωθα κάποιες έκτακτες, πήγα έκανα τρίπλεξ πιάσαμε εκεί κάνα δυο, στο καρδιογράφημα καμία. Μου είπαν δεν είναι τίποτα. Εγώ όμως τρομάζω κ σκέφτομαι διάφορα πχ ανακοπή κλπ. Παίρνω εδώ κ δύο χρόνια το εσποζα των 10. Είχα κρίσεις πανικού κ έχω βελτίωση πολύ καλή. Μήπως φταίει αυτό για τις έκτακτες να πρέπει να το κόψω ή να το αυξήσω; Επίσης μου είπαν να βάλω κ ένα χόλτερ αν θέλω. Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας
