Φόβος καρδιάς λόγω συμπτωμάτων: Πόνοι, δύσπνοια, ζαλάδες, αρρυθμίες

ΦΟΒΟΣ ΚΑΡΔΙΑΣ ΛΟΓΩ ΑΚΡΑΙΩΝ ΣΥΜΠΤΩΜΑΤΩΝ “Καλησπέρα. 24 χρονών και τον τελευταίο 1μιση μήνα έχω πόνους και γενικά ενοχλήσεις στο στήθος την πλάτη και τα χέρια και το λαιμό μαζί με δύσπνοια και ζαλάδες και αίσθηση αρρυθμιών ..πήγα σε 2 καρδιολόγους και νοσοκομείο στα έκτακτα (ΗΚΓ, αξονική θώρακα και αιματολογικές) μου είπαν ότι δεν έχω κάτι στη καρδιά εκτός από ταχυκαρδίες που οφείλονται στο άγχος ..ldl 188 και hdl 40 τον Μάιο που έκανα γενικές αίματος..επίσης είχα αύξηση της tsh και ο ενδοκρινολόγος είπε ότι γι' αυτό είναι οι υψηλές τιμές χοληστερίνης..όλο αυτό το διάστημα δε μπορώ να ηρεμήσω φοβάμαι για τα χειρότερα..τι μου προτείνετε;”

  • Είναι δεδομένο ότι είσαι εντελώς στρεσαρισμενος και πρέπει να επισκεφτείς ψυχολογο-ψυχιατρο.προσεχε τη διατροφή σου έχεις υψηλή ldl και αν συνεχίζεις να έχεις υψηλή tsh μιλά με ενδοκρινολογο για έναρξη αγωγης
