Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για αυξημένη πίεση και χοληστερίνη στα 78 μου;
Καλή μέρα, πριν από 6 μήνες η πίεση μου ήταν 12,3mb με 7.00mb σχεδόν σταθερή για πολλά χρόνια με χοληστερίνη 145 το ανώτερο. Αυτήν την εβδομάδα έκανα εξετάσεις & βρέθηκα με χοληστερίνη 184 & πίεση που δεν πέφτει κάτω από 14.00 με 7,5 δεδομένου ότι είμαι 78 ετών με καλή υγεία σε όλες τις τυπικές εξετάσεις για όλα τα χρόνια που εξετάζονται, είναι καιρός να άρχισα να ανησυχώ; να ληφθεί υπ' όψιν ότι είμαι 1,79μ ύψος & το βάρος μου είναι σταθερό 89kgs. Ευχαριστώ.
