Τι να κάνω για συχνές ρινορραγίες σε 16χρονο με γρίπη Α;
Καλημέρα σας, ο γιος μου ετών 16 έχει γρίπη Α από το Σάββατο. Έχει από μωρό ρινορραγίες οι οποίες είναι πολύ αραιές κ με μικρή διάρκεια, αλλά αυτές τις μέρες έχει τρέξει πάνω από 10 φορές. Την τελευταία φορά αιμορραγούσε για πάνω από 15 λεπτά. Τι θα μπορούσα να κάνω;

Καλό είναι να τον αξιολογήσουμε κλινικά, για τυχόν ευρήματα στην μύτη.

Αν έχει τόσο συχνά ρινορραγίες να τον δει αρχικά ΩΡΛ να αποκλειστεί ευρυαγγεια στο βλεννογόνο της μύτης. Αν αποκλειστεί αυτό, ακολουθεί αιματολογικός ελεγχος
