Υπάρχει ανησυχία για ακτινοσκιερό οζοειδή σχηματισμό σε ακτινογραφία θώρακος;

Σε ακτινογραφία θώρακος που έκανα για πιστοποιητικό υγείας που μου ζητήθηκε από τη δουλειά μου ήμουν με μπούκωμα και παραγωγικό βήχα και βρέθηκε ακτινοσκιερος οζομορφος σχηματισμός στο δεξιό κάτω πνευμονικό πεδίο που αποδίδεται πρωτίστως σε διατομή αγγείου. Έτσι ακριβώς διατυπώνεται. Υπάρχει κάτι ανησυχητικό;
