Πρησμένος αδένας, άφθες, κύστη θυρεοειδή: είναι αυτοάνοσο ή καρκίνος;
Καλησπέρα έχω αδένα κάτω από τ λαιμό πρησμένο 3 μήνες μου είπαν δεν είναι ανησυχητικό . Τώρα έχω άφθες στα χείλη εσωτερικά και μια φουσκάλα εξωτερικά κ κύστη στον θυρεοειδή . Μ λένε δεν είναι τπτ από αυτά ανησυχητικό εγώ ανησυχώ όμως κ ποναω σε όλο τ κορμί καθημερινά . Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι αυτοάνοσο ή κάποιος καρκίνος ;

Εφόσον αναφέρετε πως ο αδένας είναι διογκωμένος για 3 μήνες, είναι φρόνιμο να γίνει κάποια διερεύνηση, αν δεν έχει ήδη γίνει. Οι εκδηλώσεις που αναφέρετε από τη στοματική κοιλότητα θα μπορούσαν να οφείλονται σε κάποια αυτοάνοση πάθηση, αλλά μπορεί και είναι κάτι τελείως διαφορετικό. Θα πρέπει να επισκεφθείτε κάποιον Στοματολόγο για να σας επιβεβαιώσει ότι είναι πράγματι άφθες και όχι κάποιου άλλου είδους έλκωση και να σας καθοδηγήσει, αν απαιτείται, σε περαιτέρω εργαστηριακό έλεγχο.
