Πολύποδας 3mm στη χολη γυναίκας 40 ετών και χρόνος επανελέγχου

Είμαι γυναίκα 40 ετων, χωρίς καποιο προηγούμενο ιστορικό νοσήματος. Βρεθηκε για πρωτη φορά σε ετησιο check ενας πιθανοτατα πολυποδας 3mm στην χολη μου κατα τα άλλα φυσιολογικό πάχος τοιχώματος, χωρίς εικόνα λιθίασης και χωρίς εικόνα διάτασης χοληφόρων αγγείων. Μου συστήθηκε επανέλεγχος στο έτος. Να το κοιτάξω νωρίτερα; Εχω ανησυχήσει
