Ωλένια νευρίτιδα: Ορθοπεδικός ή νευροχειρουργός ειδικός?
Καλησπέρα, για περίπτωση ωλένιας νευρίτιδας ποια ειδικότητα είναι καταλληλότερη? ορθοπεδικός ή νευροχειρουργός? ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Καλησπέρα. Η ωλένια νευρίτιδα είναι μια πιεστική νευροπάθεια του ωλένιου νεύρου στον αγκώνα. Είναι η 2η πιο συχνή πιεστική νευροπάθεια μετά το σύνδρομο καρπιαίου σωλήνα και οφείλεται σε πίεση του νεύρου στην αύλακα που διατρέχει στην έσω πλευρά του αγκώνα. Την θεραπεία της συνήθως αναλαμβάνουν ορθοπεδικοί.
