Μόνιμος πόνος πρωκτού, δυσκοιλιότητα & κακοήθεια προστάτη πιθανότητες 66χρ
Μόνιμος πόνος στον πρωκτό πολύ δυνατός και δυσκοιλιότητα ( έχω διαγνωστεί με στένωση 3mm εύρους σε 2cm μήκος σε απόσταση 2,5 cm (η αρχή) από το τέλος του πρωκτού Μπορεί μια κακοήθεια του προστάτη να δημιουργήσει τέτοια προβλήματα ( γιατί έχω και δυσουρία , νυκτοουρια, και πόνο στο περίνεο Είμαι 66 ετών Το περσινό psa : 4,85 ( συνολικό) με ελεύθερο 0,475 Το φετινό 5,45 στο σύνολο Οι ουρολόγοι βρίσκουν δακτυλικά φυσιολογικό και μαλακό προστάτη και μια μαγνητική κάτω κοιλίας και περινέου δεν δείχνει υπερπλασία Υπάρχει περίπτωση το psa να αυξηθεί λόγω δυσκοιλιότητας Τώρα θα κάνω ( με την προτροπή ουρολόγου ) μια μαγνητική προστάτη Τι πιθανότητα έχω να έχω καρκίνο του προστάτη και με αυτό το psa τι πιθανότητα να είναι ήδη σε προχωρημένο στάδιο Ποια είναι η γνώμη σας για τις ενέργειες που πρέπει να κάνω από εδώ και πέρα Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων για τις απαντήσεις σας Να είστε πάντα καλά
