Μπορεί η ελαστογραφία θυρεοειδούς να δείξει κακοήθεια σε όζους λαιμού;

Μετά από μία ελαφρά δύο όγκος στη δεξιά πλευρά του λαιμού έκανα σήμερα ένα υπερηχογράφημα θυρεοειδούς ελαστογραφία. Ο δεξιός λοβός βρέθηκε μεγάλος 2.91*1.90 με έντονη αγγείωση. Αριστερός λοβός μικρά οζίδια 2.48*1.61*4.37. Ανομοιογενής ηχοδομη και των δύο λόβων με μικρό ζώδια απεικόνιση και παρουσία διαφραγματιων. Ο ακτινολόγος μου είπε ότι θα χρειαστεί βιοψία και αφού συνεννοηθώ με τον παθολόγο να πάω σε ενδοκρινολόγο. Μπορούμε από αυτά τα στοιχεία να καταλάβουμε αν μιλάμε για κάτι κακοήθη...Μαρία 36 ετων
