Ερμηνεία ακτινογραφίας θώρακος: ελαφρά προπέτεια και εμπίεση στέρνου
Καλησπέρα σας.Ο υιός μου έκανε πρόσφατα ακτινογραφία θώρακος στην οποία ο Ακτινολόγο αναγράφει χαρακτηριστικά:"Ελαφρά προς τα πρόσω προπέτεια του ανώτερου τμήματος του στέρνου ως και εμπίεση του κατώτερου τμήματος αυτού στα πλαίσια τροπιδοειδούς θώρακα". Μήπως θα μπορείται να μου το ερμηνεύσεται λόγω της δύσκολης ορολογίας και αν εννοεί ελαφρά την προπέτεια και εμπίεση μαζί ή μόνο την προπέτεια; Σας ευχαριστώ

Ο τροπιδοειδής θώρακας ειναι μια καλοήθης δυσμορφία του θωρακικού τοιχώματος που σπάνια σχετίζεται με αναπνευστική και καρδιακή δυσλειτουργία. Η αντιμετώπιση ειναι είτε χειρουργική είτε μη χειρουργική με τη χρήση pectus brace (σε νέους ασθενείς)
