Ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι και δεξιά μετά από αφαίρεση χολής - Τι μπορεί να είναι;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εδώ και κάποιο διάστημα(1 μήνα περίπου) έχω ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι μου και δεξιά στο σημείο της χολής η οποία όμως έχει αφαιρεθεί. Μετά από φαγητό αισθάνομαι γεμάτος ακόμα και με μικρή ποσότητα,έχω ρεψίματα κι ακόμα κι η πόση νερού με ενοχλεί. Τι μπορεί να είναι και τι μπορώ να κάνω;
