Καλησπερα σας, εχω ελλειψη βιταμινης d και ο γιατρος μου ειπε να παρω συμπληρωμα..εντομεταξυ εγω εβγαλα πετρες στο νεφρο(εφυγαν) κανει να την παρω? Γιατι διαβασα πως αν εχεις ή ειχες πετρες δεν κανει..
