Έντονη ζαλάδα και ναυτία κατά το περπάτημα και κίνηση κεφαλιού, τι να κάνω;

Καλησπέρα ..ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω εδώ και καμιά εβδομάδα έχω έντονη ζαλάδα εσωτερικά στο κεφάλι μου όταν περπατάω σαν να υπάρχει κάτι μέσα και να μου προκαλεί ζαλάδα..καποιες φορές σε συνδυασμό με ναυτία η οποία κάποιες φορές είναι χειρότερη όταν κουνάω το κεφάλι μου δεξιά αριστερά... επίσης πίεση στα ινιακα οστά του κεφαλιού .Κατά την κίνηση των ματιών επίσης ζαλίζομαι κάποιες φορές
