Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 18 χρόνων και από το καλοκαίρι έχει συμβεί 7 φορές να έχω οξυ πονο κατά την ούρηση και μετά από εξετάσεις να φανεί ότι έχω E.Coli. Πήρα όλες τις φορές αντιβίωση (fosfocin) αλλά αυτό επαναλαμβάνεται πολυ συχνά, ειδικά μετά τη σεξουαλικη πράξη. Χρησιμοποιούμε Και προφύλαξη Και πλενομαστε και οι δυο με καθαρό πράσινο σαπούνι πριν και μετά την πράξη. Ο σύντροφος μου έκανε καλλιέργεια ούρων και δεν βρέθηκε σε αυτόν το βακτηρίδιο. Γιατί συνεχίζει και επιστρέφει η μόλυνση;

Καλησπέρα σας. Το μικρόβιο Ε.Coli προέρχεται από το έντερο σας αφού ανήκει στην φυσιολογική χλωρίδα το εντέρου. Άρα δεν μεταδίδεται σεξουαλικά συνήθως. Γιατί κάνετε υποτροπιάζουσες λοιμώξεις δεν μπορεί να αναλυθεί εδώ με μια σύντομη απάντηση γιατί οι λόγοι είναι πολλοί. Τέλος δε νομίζω οτι είναι σωστό που παίρνετε πάντα την ίδια αντιβίωση. κ μπορεί κ αυτό να είναι η αιτία του προβλήματος σας. Πρέπει οπωσδήποτε να σας εξετάσει κάποιος κ να συζητηθεί ένας πιο σωστός τρόπος αντιμετώπισης. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω κ στο ελάχιστο.
