Κακοήθης πολύποδας στον ορθό 3 χιλ. - Υπάρχει εναλλακτική αντί σακουλάκι;

Καλησπέρα, η μητέρα είναι 60 χρόνων διαγνώστηκε με κακοήθη πολύποδα έκανε όλες τις εξετάσεις αξονική μαγνητική και οι περισσότεροι της λένε πως πρέπει να βάλει σακουλάκι. Είναι 3 χιλ. κάτω στον ορθό. Υπάρχει άλλη λύση ή είναι μονόδρομος?
