Η άμεση μικροσκοπική εξέταση ιζήματος ούρων έδειξε μεγάλη κυτταροβρίθεια. Στα παρασκευάσματα ανευρέθησαν σπάνια ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια, εξωσπειραματικής προέλευσης. Η αιμοσφαρινη/αιματουρια ειναι απο την περιοχη των νεφρών ή οχι; Ευχαριστω πολυ

Καλησπέρα σας ,όταν τα ερυθρά είναι εξωσπειραματικα δεν είναι ποτέ από νεφρό αλλά από το ουροποιητικο σύστημα (ουρητηρες, κύστη).Τα σπειραματικα ερυθρά είναι από τα σπειραμματα του νεφρού και τότε χρειάζεστε Νεφρολογο, στα εξωσπειραματικα χρειάζεστε Ουρολογο.Ευχαριστώ.
